Women’s Ministry at Park Meadows Baptist Church is for women of all ages and from all walks of life. We seek to provide Christ-centered spiritual growth and encouragement in our shared journey of faith, in order to deepen our relationships with God and others. We strive to accept and value ourselves as women of worth with varying gifts to share.

As women we benefit greatly from being mentored and discipled. We thrive when building relationships, encouraging and supporting one another, doing all the things women do so well – talking, laughing, crying, creating, processing, and journeying through life together. We do these things through small groups, Bible studies, social events, conferences, retreats, and by providing opportunities to serve together in the community.

Our hope is that each woman becomes a part of our ministry and finds a place of love, safety and acceptance.

Women’s Ministry offer:

Weekly Bible Studies

Tuesday – 9:30 a.m. (September - June) at the church.
“Caring and sharing while applying Biblical principles in our everyday lives.”

Wednesday – 9:00-11:00 a.m. (September - April) at the church.
“More than just a Bible study”
Childcare provided.

Book Club

Meet some Saturday mornings to review and study books with deep meanings for the lives of everyday women. This will be starting October 29, 2011 with a potluck breakfast and the book, “Battlefield of the Mind”, by Joyce Meyer.

Relaxation Time

Need to relax? Having trouble with stress? Join with other women as we stretch our bodies while relaxing our minds.  "Be Still" Relaxation and Stretch Class on Tuesdays at 7:00 - 7:45 pm starting January 17, 2012 in Room 108. 

White Cross

Participate directly with the Compassionate Care ministry in Cameroon and Nigeria in making baby blankets and bandages and help provide various supplies for hospitals in Africa.. We meet at the church the last Monday evening of the month between September - May.

Mommie & Me

Meals For Mamas
Expecting?  Or know somebody who is?  Let us know!  We aim to reach out to families in our church by providing them with five meals upon the arrival fo their new baby.    If you would like to provide a meal for a new mom let us know and we'll add you to our list.  Contact Jessica (403-345-6262) or Nikki (403-405-2741).
